General Scenario,  What is the Daily Routine Work ?  Wake up in the morning, Take Breakfast, Go to Office/School/ College. Come back in the Evening, Spent some time to watch tv and go to Sleep..  if you want to make your life easy and exciting and enjoyable, Just Plan Your work timely. Apart from your daily Routine Work, Just Spent Some time daily for your Family, For Yourself. 

Just Spent an Hour a day for yourself only. Do Whatever you like. (e.g.. Music, Sports, TV, Internet Surfing, Etc.) This time you just forget everyone. Just LIve for yourself only an hour a Day.

If all can do this. Life will be more enjoyable and graceful.
